Acquisition Brings a 25-Yr Veteran of Document Management Services into CASO’s Portfolio
CASO announced the acquisition of Micrographic Imaging Inc., a San Antonio based document management company with over 25 years of service in the industry. The deal became official as of Monday, October 19, 2015.
“We are pleased to bring Micrographic Imaging Inc. into the CASO portfolio,” CASO CEO Richard Tamaro said of the announcement. “Micrographic Imaging has a storied past and will be a great addition to our already established San Antonio processing center where we will continue to provide exceptional service to our new and current clients in Texas.”
Micrographic Imaging Inc. made a name for itself in the Lone Star State by giving its clients the confidence that their documents would be handled with the utmost care, and provided their customers with document conversion, backup, storage and shredding services that were second to none.

The acquisition comes as the second for CASO in 2015, as it announced in June the addition of Apperson’s Survey Services Division to its client portfolio. That move brought with it a new processing center in Charlotte, N.C., and a new client offering of Survey Assessment Services.
