How to Change From The Browser-Based Viewer to The ImageSilo Viewer

The browser-based viewer is displayed below:

Changing to ImageSilo Viewer is simple!

Just follow the following steps:

  1. Once logged into ImageSilo, click on your name at the top right corner. A drop down list will appear; then click on “User Options”.


2. A page titled “Document viewing” will appear. The Document Display Method will need to be changed from “Browser-based viewer” to “ImageSilo viewer”.

3. Once you have made the setting, you can now view documents in the “ImageSilo viewer” instead of the “Browser-based viewer” when clicking the documents to open.
