How we express our core values

Massage Mondays

Mondays will never get you down at CASO. Every other week, we have a dedicated masseur to relieve your stress with a 15-minute neck and backrub so you can start your workweek right.

Work Remotely

CASO has offices in New York City, San Antonio, Charlotte, Reno, and Fayetteville, NY. You will work with a diverse group of people across the country, often in your favorite pj’s.

Birthdays Off

That’s right. We believe the day you were born is as important as any national holiday. This is your day to celebrate!

Milestone Ceremonies

Work anniversaires are special at CASO. We have partnered with Tiffany & Co. to celebrate team member milestone anniversaries in style. At 5, 10, 15 and 20 years, each staff member is treated to a recognition ceremony, certificate, and a special gift from Tiffany & Co.

Holiday Parties

December is not the only time we get festive. Each year on Halloween, CASO team members and guests come together for our annual costume party, contest, and trick-or-treating for the kids. You can even participate and vote remotely. So you’ll enjoy the occasion wherever you are.

Lean-In Circle

Lean-In is a nonprofit organization and online community dedicated to helping all women achieve their ambitions. At CASO, we have a dedicated circle to encourage women to connect, learn and support each other’s career development and personal growth.
